These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by Luxury Limo HTX, including but not limited to bookings, communications, and ride experiences. By using our website (www.luxurylimohtx.com), booking a ride, or interacting with our services, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Booking & Payments
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- 100% payment is required upfront to confirm any booking.
- Partially paid or unpaid bookings will be considered incomplete and not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking without notice, particularly in cases of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance.
2. Vehicle & Chauffeur Assignment
- Requested vehicles or drivers are not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur with one of equal or better class, based on availability and operational needs.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customer-initiated cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a full or partial cancellation fee.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to management discretion, based on timing and reason.
- If Luxury Limo HTX cancels the service, you may be offered a full refund or rescheduling.
4. Discounts & Promotions
- All promotional offers and discounts are conditional and require management approval.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reject discounts without notice or explanation.
5. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities
- Clients must treat chauffeurs, staff, and vehicles with respect.
- Abuse, aggression, or damage to vehicles or personnel will result in ride termination and legal action.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that no items, whether valuable or not, are left in the vehicle.
- We are not liable for the return, recovery, or condition of any lost item.
6. Accident, Injury & Compensation
- In the event of an accident, any claim for injury or compensation will be reviewed based on our internal policy and applicable laws.
- We reserve the right to limit compensation, and you may not claim an amount of your choosing.
- Each case will be handled at the sole discretion of Luxury Limo HTX.
7. Service Delays & Interruptions
- While we aim for punctuality, delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, or uncontrollable circumstances are possible.
- If a service delay is proven to be our error, compensation may be offered as store credit, discount, or a future free ride—subject to management’s discretion.
- No cash refunds are issued for delays unless required by law.
8. No-Shows & Waiting Time
- Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location without advance cancellation will result in a full fare charge.
- Additional waiting time charges may apply after the designated grace period.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, events, or business opportunities due to ride issues.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes regarding service, charges, or conduct must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the ride.
- Management will review the case and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
- Refunds or credits will be issued only after investigation and are non-negotiable once finalized.
- Chargebacks without prior contact may result in a ban from future service.
11. Typos, Errors & Service Discrepancies
- While we strive to maintain accurate information, the website, printed material, or other communications may contain errors in pricing, service details, or availability.
- We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices or descriptions due to human or technical error.
- All customers must confirm rates, vehicle types, and terms with us before booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or adjust pricing if such an error is discovered.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Road closures or police blocks
- Government restrictions or pandemics
- Strikes, fuel shortages, or civil disturbances
13. Privacy & Data
All data collection and use practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.
14. Customer Acknowledgment
By using our service, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- You agree to abide by these policies fully.
- You accept that all service and compensation decisions rest with Luxury Limo HTX management.
15. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in Harris County, Texas.
