1. How do I make a reservation?
You can book your ride online through our website, over the phone at (832) 670-6805, or by emailing us at aslam@luxurylimohtx.com. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability.
2. What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Houston, TX, but also provide transportation to and from Louisiana, Virginia, Washington D.C., Alabama, South Carolina, and more upon request.
3. What types of vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes luxury sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, executive vans, and more. All vehicles are well-maintained, fully sanitized, and equipped with premium amenities. We offer car seats on extra charges.
4. Is airport pick-up and drop-off available?
Yes, we provide executive airport transportation to and from all major airports in Houston and nearby cities, including real-time flight tracking and meet-and-greet services.
5. Can I request a specific vehicle or driver?
We do our best to honor vehicle and driver preferences; however, we cannot guarantee exact assignments. Substitutions may be made based on availability and scheduling needs.
6. Do you offer services for weddings and special occasions?
Absolutely. We offer custom packages for weddings, birthdays, proms, anniversaries, and other special events. Custom décor and themed setups are available at an additional charge.
7. How does payment work?
100% payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept major credit cards, digital wallets, and business invoicing. All transactions are secure and PCI-compliant.
8. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, but cancellation policies apply. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel.If under 24 hours then $25 admin fee will be collected.
9. What if I leave something in the vehicle?
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While we will try to recover lost items, Luxury Limo HTX is not liable for any items left behind or their condition.
10. Do you offer discounts or loyalty rewards?
Yes, we occasionally offer promotions and special discounts to subscribers and loyal clients. All offers are subject to terms and management approval and may change without notice.
11. Is smoking or drinking allowed in the vehicle?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Alcohol consumption may be permitted in stretch limos and party vans for passengers aged 21+, depending on local laws and at our discretion.
12. What happens if the driver is late?
If our driver is delayed due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you immediately. Compensation may be offered in the form of store credit or discounts at management’s discretion.
